JUNETEENTH – THE FIGHT FOR FREEDOM !

There was something placed in my heart, many many years ago that has morphed, been mixed, and been misconstrued, but IS NECESSARY to rise up in light of today’s current situations.

It is truly a gospel (a good news message) that has rang throughout the centuries in regards to Africans in America (African Americans). I’m talking about the Good News of Juneteenth!

You know, It is very interesting how many movements to free people from oppressive situations have received so much compassion, action, and recompense; Women’s Rights, Gay Rights, even Animal Rights BUT not this one.

Not African-Americans.

A people brought here against their will, for the perpetual purpose of providing “free labor” for the wealth and benefit of others.

Who are we speaking about? You got it! African-Americans, Blacks, that have been relegated to a societal/cultural class of being labor for the benefit of others, and not themselves.

John Hope Bryant, writes about how The Poor Can Save Capitalism. However, there are principalities and powers who would have the poor enslaved to capitalism, only by becoming better consumers of the goods that do not create wealth from the work of their hands – but muzzles the ox that plows the ground

For the scripture saith, thou shalt not muzzletheox that treadeth out the corn. And, The labourer is worthy of his reward. (1 Timothy 5:18)

Because of the repeated enslavement of this people group, taking these people from their homeland and the continual re/designing of systems of oppression through ignorance We Must Focus on setting the captives free, and being free yourself to LOVE all, without partiality in CHRIST. It must be done through CHRIST the anointing of GOD and the authority given to the saints to ARISE and take a stand in our place in bringing Heaven (and Heaven’s resources) to earth, as it is in Heaven. This is that ‘good and Faithful’ servitude that the Bible talks about.

Listen, it’s 2018 … Juneteenth was started in 1865! It’s been 153 years that Black people have been “FREE” yet today, are still in the FIGHT FOR TOTAL FREEDOM !

Imagine, after busting your butt since your birth the person that you were answering to tells you that ‘you’re free to go … riiiiiiight after this next 153 years is up.’ You accept it and STILL get treated like garbage, you work hard against the grain to provide for your family, you work hard to protect your family from those who want to see them dead just because of the color of their skin. …. You work hard for that Freedom that you were already promised, you even tell your children “a Change is gon’ come!”

Imagine things starting to LOOK as if they’re different BUT underneath the chains are still on.

People see those chains and look the other way. Babies even grow up starting to wear those chains JUST BECAUSE chains are all they’ve ever known.

Truth is Oppression is just as real today as it was back in the day. Oppression is prolonged cruel or unjust treatment or control. It can sometimes be SO PROLONGED that the Oppressed have built callouses to it. We need to not allow these callouses to make us unintentionally ignorant of the challenges we still face.

Juneteenth is about FREEDOM! It’s about remembering what was promised while celebrating how far we’ve come in America AND to continue to FIGHT for true Freedom in the African America community and FOR FREEDOM FOR ALL !

When are we as a people going to say Enough is Enough?

When are we as God’s people going to Stand For What’s Right?

TODAY, JUNE 19, 2018

WE STAND FOR TRUE FREEDOM!

WE FIGHT, WE STAND AND WE SAY NO !

We said NO to slavery !

We said NO to Jim Crow !

We say NO to Mass Incarceration!

We Say No To Oppression !

We ask that God to strengthen our Fight, To Consecrate our Stance, and to

Anoint Our NO

so that we see and experience True and Divine Freedom & Peace in this World.

Who the Son Sets Free is Free Indeed and it Shall Be Done on Earth as it is In Heaven !

FIGHT FOR YOUR LIFE & FOR YOUR LOVED ONES’ TOO

Life can be complicated.

There are some people trying their hardest to simplify their lives BUT to no avail because on the inside things are still so very complicated.

THIS IS WHERE THE FIGHT HAPPENS !

We must fight off those feelings that are harmful to us.

Easier said than done right?

So we must come together as a People and Help our loved ones fight!

It Is Hard.

It is Exhausting.

We take, what feels like, more Hits than what we’re giving out BUT We Must Do It if we’re going to get through it.

We Urge each and everyone of you to lend a hand, lift up a prayer and get Old School about how you care.

Remember when you were a kid and you really just wanted someone to go with you to take that trip down the hallway at school? Remember when you’d volunteer to go with someone to do even the smallest tasks?

We need to go back to that. That Buddy-System Mentality.

We see all of these seemingly Happy people taking their own lives and then we’re wondering What Did Them In?

Imagine waking up on the Wrong side of the bed one morning and on this day you’re the person responsible for making everyone you come across Laugh, Smile and Happy. Naturally, you would put your, what you think is just a bad mood, to the side and make them Happy.

On those mornings, one would simply stay home from work and take a Mental Health day. Right? Then come back the next rejuvenated.

For some people this happens every now and again. But for others this happens more often.

Now imagine doing this every morning with no end in sight. Imagine not being able to outwardly have any Mood that’s not a good one.

Built up emotions.

Built up tensions.

Built up Pain.Crying in private.Confusion. You start feeling like a character in The Truman Show! (it’s a great movie!)

Seclusion becomes a Friend to someone battling Depression and/or Anxiety. It takes more than 1 Mental Health day to bounce back. Most don’t bounce back they just fake it until they make it.

Though No Man is an Island. It is on this Island where these people can kick, scream, cry, yell, and have no one look at them like something’s wrong nor bringing other downs with them.

The desire to be alone isn’t a matter of Actually Being Left Alone.

The desire to be alone is really the Desire to be unconditionally accepted.

Encourage your loved ones to strive for Greatness; however, SHOW THEM that it is OK to live their truth and come to the table just as they are. Don’t shouldn’t need to Fake It with the ones closest to them and more people need be understanding of this.

How can someone strive for real greatness if they’re living a Lie just because lie makes people happy?

Encourage them to come out of hiding and starting really living their truth and it is THEN when they can START building their lives back up from the pieces that it has fallen into on the inside of them.

We only get one Life here on Earth, we shouldn’t waste it making other flawed Humans superficially happy.

If they’re still living it is NOT too late. Be Patient With Them and With Yourselves. Adopt the Buddy System and Go on that Journey with them.

FIGHT!

What makes this a Good Faith? Because you’re fighting for someone that you love to live the greatness life that they can given their circumstances.

Why with Faith? Reality is when it comes to an internal fight HOPE is all we have. We can’t always see the results but we don’t give up in Hopes that results are being reached !

This is way beyond Superficial. Lives are at Stake.

How would you live if you were absolutely sure… ?

Think about this …

There’s this job that you want. It’s That DREAM job, that Life changing position, and it is sure to be yours … all you would have to do is apply.

Would You Apply?

Or would you disregard it because you’d think:

Why am I sure to get it?

I bet someone’s got it already.

When would I have to start?

Yeah, right!

What do I gotta do?

Why are you sure to get it? I have no idea, why HE chose you … it just is. ‘Why me’ is something people say a lot in turmoil and in great occurrences, and the answer is … This is Life. Life is Good (with a few bad ripples along the way). Life is what you make it. Jesus said I’ve come so that you might have Life and Live it more abundantly. HE wants you to have Life even more than you could ever want for yourself. You’re sure to get it because it is yours, it’s your birthright waiting for you.

I bet someone’s got it already. Guess what? What’s yours is yours and what God has for you is For You! That saying, “Stay in your lane” is so relevant here. The job posting said the job was Yours, why are you worried about someone coming to get it? You’re Looking around, sizing up the competition in a (your-name-here) Competition – Where athletes compete to be the greatest (your-name-here) of all time! By Expecting someone else to get there first, You’re forfeiting the race!

Don’t do that … you hit the ground running and stay in your lane!

When would I have to start? Totally get it, life is busy! We have children, spouses, family, friends, the folks down at the … we have a lot going on. You can’t just stop right now and start this Brand new thing. This is crazy! Crazy? Nope, you can’t just call things ‘crazy’ all of the time because you don’t understand them. You may not understand how you’re getting this job, you may not even fully understand the actual job, but how will you know anything if you don’t even try. GOD’s ways aren’t our ways. GOD’s route is different from the others. Reality is,You can start whenever you want to; but the Question arises, What are you waiting for?

You saw that your DREAM job was up for grabs, and that you were guaranteed the gig. Your Response, ‘Yea, Right!’

A lot of us do this and we don’t even notice. We want to know what that catch is. There is No Catch – I can go through pages and pages of typing, proving it to you but I’ll leave that to your time of reflection.

What You need to do is Apply!

It’s winter, and for some of us there’s snow outside. Putting on our gear to keep warm, going outside, grab some snow, matting it together, shaping it, rolling it; creating a bigger and bigger ball of Snow-TAKES WORK! It’s going to take some application from you to turn you into your DREAM you! You believe you can do it but are You willing to Apply?

Faith without works is dead, so believe first then apply instead of applying and doubting. Don’t cancel out your application.

Again, How would you live if you were absolutely sure?

How would you live if you were absolutely sure that you would WIN?

If you were sure you’d get that job?

If you were sure you would win that competition?

Being Strong and bold in GOD’s ways, decreases the doubts that we have in ourselves and increases our drive to play out what we know GOD can do with us.
