Learn To Rest
Some think it is easy to rest. Just lay down. Well, those who have tried, know that not only do you need to learn to work, but you also need to learn to rest. Staying in bed or on the couch all night long does not mean that you have rested. God wants us to enter into HIS REST, not when we pass away, but right now while we are wherever we are – we need to learn to rest.

Now, if we can only keep a firm grip on this bold confidence, we’re the house! That’s why the Holy Spirit says, Today, please listen; don’t turn a deaf ear as in “the bitter uprising,” that time of wilderness testing! Even though they watched me at work for forty years, your ancestors refused to let me do it my way; over and over they tried my patience. And I was provoked, oh, so provoked! I said, “They’ll never keep their minds on God; they refuse to walk down my road.” Exasperated, I vowed, “They’ll never get where they’re going, never be able to sit down and rest.”

We are one with CHRIST, and yes, you do need to learn to rest. Not the physical rest, but the SPIRITUAL REST in GOD. Cease from your own work in your own mind and REST in GOD’s MIND––the Mind of CHRIST, The Anointing (GOD) and GOD’s Anointed (JESUS). So you see, you need to learn how to rest.
So let’s look at what it looks like. It looks like when you move from that energetic unction in your inner core to do and act.
- When you move from that energetic place — That’s a rest.
- When you pray from the prompting and unction of GOD’s SPIRIT. That’s a rest.
- When you pray from the prompting and unction of THE HOLY SPIRIT
- When you breathe knowing that GOD’s got this. That’s a rest.
- When you know in your knowing, that’s a rest.
- When you hear GOD clearly, like now, that’s a rest.
“Enter into my rest and cease from your own work. Yes, study and read the WORD and meditate and fast AND learn to walk in MY REST when it’s application time of all of that you’ve gained. Apply with MY REST. Rest in ME, MY finished work, MY already done victorious work and SOAR.”
Hebrews 4:3
For we which have believed do enter into rest, as he said, As I have sworn in my wrath, if they shall enter into my rest: although the works were finished from the foundation of the world.

Now apply the WORD, and “learn to walk in MY REST”
